Reso Shipping Policy
Costs and Shipping Regions:
Free shipping is offered to the contiguous 48 states of the United States (excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska), the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Canada, Australia, and South Korea.
We utilize reputable carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, or similar, therefore we are unable to deliver to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Processing Time (Business Days):
Orders in stock are generally dispatched within 1-3 business days.
Delivery Time (Business Days):
Shipments from the U.S. Warehouse: 4-7 days
Shipments from the International Warehouse: 7-30 days
Please note that weekends and public holidays may cause delays in the shipment or delivery of your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email at the email address you provided with your order. Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and weekends, GMT+8.
Import Duties and Taxes:
For most shipments, you will receive your order after the final payment on www.reso.com. Customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes for international shipments. Reso will communicate with the recipient regarding any additional shipping and/or tariff fees as needed.
Shipping Changes:
Address changes made before receiving a tracking number are free of charge.
A $20 fee will be applied for any successful in-transit logistic changes made through FedEx.
A cancellation fee of $100 is charged if an order is cancelled after it has been shipped. Refusing a delivery or failure to receive a package also incurs a $100 fee. If the package is delivered successfully to the original address, a $100 fee is applicable.
Changes to the color or model of your Reso product must be made before the order is shipped to avoid additional fees and delays. Once shipped, changes to the product model or color are not possible.
Order Tracking:
If you have an account on reso.com, you can track your order and view shipping and processing information. Without an account, you can still track your order using your order number on our website. For additional shipping inquiries, please contact support@reso.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Please Note:
Residents outside the specified shipping regions may be contacted to confirm orders, as shipping to these areas might involve additional fees or order cancellations.
Public holidays may affect shipping times, as manufacturers and couriers may limit operations. This is outside our control, and normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
Customs clearance times or public holidays may affect shipping times. If your package does not arrive as expected, please contact us for assistance.
Orders including additional accessories may be shipped separately.
Tracking numbers may take a few days to activate in the courier's system. If no information appears yet, please check again later.
