If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased directly from reso.com, you have the option to return the product within ninety (90) days of receipt for a full refund. The only expense you are responsible for is the return shipping cost.

Return Process:
Initiating a Return: Start the return process by emailing support@reso.com. Include your invoice number and a copy of your receipt. Ensure the product you wish to return is prepared and packaged properly.
Packaging Your Return: Please use the original packaging box for the return. If the returned product requires cleaning, a cleaning fee of $50 may be deducted from your refund.

Return Checklist:
Remove all debris from the product.
Clean the surfaces thoroughly, including any internal components that may have come into contact with use.
Disassemble any parts that were assembled for use, ensuring the product is returned to its original packaging condition.
Use all original packaging materials for repackaging.
Include all accessories that came with the product (e.g., manuals, power cords).
Shipping Label: Acquire a shipping label from our customer service team via email. A fee of $75 for the shipping label will be deducted from your refund. Once you have the label, you can drop off the package at the designated location.
Receiving Your Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the items, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days back to the original payment method. Note that your bank might need additional days to post the refund to your account.

For products purchased through third-party retailers, returns must be coordinated directly with them.
Any damages should be documented and reported to support@reso.com before returning the product.
Be aware that returns from outside the contiguous 48 states of the United States might be subject to additional shipping fees.
